Blaine Bartlett

Blaine is President and CEO of Avatar Resources, Inc., a consulting firm he founded in 1987. The firm has affiliate offices in four countries. He is also a Partner with the U.S. based Legacy Alliance is a Senior Partner with GoldBusters Oy, an innovative consulting firm headquartered in Helsinki that he helped found in 1990 and is the Director of Business Development of InVision Global Group China.

Blaine sits on the Advisory Board and serves as key faculty of the Tokyo based All Nippon Management Coaching Institute, is certified as an executive, organizational and somatic coach, and is a long time member of the International Coach Federation. He is also a member of the Transformational Leadership Council, has been a featured speaker at the World Congress of Human Resource Management and was a core panel member of the World Consortium for Research and Development of Training. His second book, Coaching Passion to Performance, is scheduled to be published in Japan and China in 2008 and he is currently writing another book in collaboration with Steven Covey, Ken Blanchard and Brian Tracy titled Discover Your Inner Strength that is due out in the summer of 2008.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Bartlett is an avid fly fisherman and a hopelessly optimistic golfer whose handicap is that he plays the game.
