Blaine Bartlett

The "ideal" man!

Blaine is President and CEO of Avatar Resources, Inc., a consulting firm he founded in 1987. The firm has affiliate offices in four countries. He is also an Associate Professor at Peking University and is the Director of Business Development of InVision Global Group China.

Blaine sits on the Advisory Board and serves as key faculty of the Tokyo based All Nippon Management Coaching Institute and he is also on the Advisory Board of the Philadelphia based Global Coaching Alliance. He is certified as an executive, organizational and somatic coach, and is a long time member of the International Coach Federation.

Blaine is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council, a group of CEOs, thought leaders and educators founded by Chicken Soup for the Soul author Jack Canfield. He has been a featured speaker at the World Congress of Human Resource Management, a guest lecturer on Enterprise Leadership at China's prestigious Tsing Hua University and was a core panel member of the World Consortium for Research and Development of Training.

His latest book Discover Your Inner Strength was written in collaboration with Steven Covey, Ken Blanchard and Brian Tracy and was released in March 2010. His second book, Three Dimensional Coaching: Passion to Performance, is scheduled to be published in Japan and China in 2010. He is currently writing another book with the working title Success...Sustained.
